Many young women come and complain that they have symptoms like period pain, pelvic pain and painful intercourse. Most of the times it is considered that these symptoms are common, this belief is a carry-over from earlier times. Provera is specially designed to relieve these symptoms when consumed exactly as prescribed by the doctor.

Laparoscopy is introduced in the 1970s, Endometriosis could only be diagnosed during a laparotomy. The risks and costs of this treatment meant it was done only as a last step in women with the most severe symptoms in childbearing age. Women in the 30s or 40s were operated on, the condition was only found in women of that age.

This technique was introduced to investigate women with infertility problems that gynecologists began diagnosing the disease in women in the 20s and early 30s. So, the typical age range for this condition has been revised down to the late 20s and early 30s. It has been found because it is looking for it.

Later, it has been realized that Endometriosis could be found in teenagers and young women. A trusted study showed that adolescents with chronic pelvic pain were not alleviated by an oral contraceptive pill and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. The medicine like Provera is a trustworthy solution to treat this condition and one can rely on it. But it is advisable to consult the doctor before consuming it since this condition shows different effects on every woman.

Recently the Global Study of Women’s Health showed that two-thirds of women need help for their symptoms before the age of 30, many developing symptoms from the start of their first period. Teenagers and adolescent women in their early 20s are not too young to develop endometriosis. In fact, most women show symptoms during adolescence, but unfortunately don’t get diagnosed and treated until they enter the 30s.

Women experience discomfort at the time of their menstrual cycle. The main cause of this type of pain is prostaglandins, which is a chemical in the body that forms the uterus contract during periods to help with the shedding of the uterine lining. These contractions can cause pain that can be treated with a Provera tablet. It can be very problematic for adolescents to distinguish between what is normal period pain and what is something serious as they are still getting used to their periods.
