It is very obvious that many women experience back pain during pregnancy as their bellies grow larger as well as their muscles and spine strain to carry the extra weight. Usually, pain relief medicine like Motrin used to treat it.
During pregnancy, the body also makes the hormone relaxin that helps prepare the body for childbirth. One of the impacts of this hormone is the loosening of ligaments throughout the body, making pregnant women unstable and increases the risk of causing injury, especially in their backs.

Here are some useful tips to help ease the back pain as mentioned below:
Avoid lifting heavy weighs. If a pregnant woman has to pick up something heavy, make sure to lift correctly. Do not bend down at the waist; instead, bend at the knees, squat down, and lift with the legs, not your back.
Do not sit or stand for long periods. If you cannot get around it, it is advisable to use a box or stool to prop up one foot when standing while sitting. If a woman should stand for a long time, make sure to take usual time to time breaks. Sit in ergonomic chairs with supportive backs or put a pillow at the back. And try to sit up straight. Motrin is an effective medication to relief pain and it shall be given to the woman after consulting the doctor.
Back pain might be a sign of something else, like labor starting or a urinary tract infection. If the woman has any questions or concerns, severe pain, pain that is not getting better or additional symptoms, consult with the doctor.
It is recommended to use a pregnancy pillow to make sleeping more comfortable. A pillow shall be taken between the knees and another under the belly. Following are some more tips to prevent back pain during pregnancy:
